I love to photograph genuine, original, silly, fun-loving people who value the moment over the pose and are down to get on the ground, climb into the lake or hike up a mountain to get the best shot. Hey, it’s me.

Why hello there! I’m Nadine (she/her), a twenty-something photographer, editor, professional dress floofer, receptionist, vendor recommender, cheerleader and accountant behind Wand & Willow Photo. What started as an obsession as a kid has turned into a job I wouldn’t trade for the world. I love love, tolerate hikes and will never say no to a meetup over coffee and chats about your special day. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m in front of the computer editing, drinking my fifth cup of coffee and rewatching The Office and RuPaul’s Drag Race.

My family and I were visiting Canmore and decided last minute that we wanted some family photos and I’m so glad we found Nadine at Wand and Willow! She squeezed us in on short notice, made the whole experience so relaxed and easy, and somehow got actual smiles from everyone (a small miracle). The photos turned out absolutely stunning and actually feel like us. Can't recommend her enough!

Why do people keep asking me this? Let me check Google for a sec… the furthest city from my home base (aka Sherwood Park, AB) is Port Elizabeth in South Africa. So to answer your question, I’ll travel as far as Port Elizabeth, and anywhere in between!
You betcha! I have 2 million dollar commercial insurance as well as all the required licenses and permits needed.
You do not! I deliver a high-resolution gallery that you can download on to your personal device. You can print through me, or you can take to your favourite printing store and print yourself! I’m also happy to recommend high quality printing labs.
I shoot with a Sony a7R3 and a Sonya73 - both are dual slot cameras. I use a Sony 35mm 1.4 lens and a Sony 70-200mm 2.8. I also consider myself well-versed in OCF and use Godox and Magmod for all my flash equipment.
Absolutely! I love gift cards as they’re the perfect gift for someone who has everything - or the special someone who never seems to spend money on themselves. My gift cards can be ordered in whichever amount you choose and can either come in the mail within 2-4 business days for a physical copy or can be emailed to you. They never expire!
